Formaliti is committed to ensuring the security of our infrastructure and our users’ data. Between the hackers and online predators, modern threats demand serious deterrents. That’s why Formaliti ensures the safety of all your data with secure hosting, software and servers, and the highest level of encryption available.
Server Hosting – We house our virtual private servers in secure data centres in Asia and North America. Each of these facilities enforces multiple layers of security via a variety of technological and human measures such as two factor authentication. Our virtual servers are fully separate from others ensuring that malicious servers cannot access our data.
Redundancy, Failover and Backup – Is addressed through data centres in multiple cities. We process forms 24/7 – even in the case of local blackouts or other network disruptions. Data is replicated across sites, ensuring that customer information is never lost or service interrupted. We adopt automated failover procedures in servers and systems ensuring continuous availability and reliability.
Data Encryption – Formaliti client data is encrypted during sending and receiving using AES 256 bit data encryption standards. The Advanced Encryption Standard or AES is a security measure used by the U.S. government to protect classified information and is implemented in software and hardware throughout the world to encrypt sensitive data.
Financial Data Security – Formaliti does not store customers financial information. It is processed directly from the clients’ browser to the secure payment gateway. Our secure payment gateway partners are certified as meeting Tier 1 of the PCI DSS compliance criteria, which is the highest level of compliance available, meets the highest security standards set by Visa and MasterCard and is the same level of data security as the biggest banks in the world.
Scaling – Our servers are hosted in world class data centres with locations throughout the world. We are able to scale our server infrastructure across any of these centres, to handle increases in traffic at any time.
